Without visiting the local gym or setting up a home gym, you can still get that ripped body. Work out using any item available to you just like people did long ago when there were not gym machines available. You can use a bag filled with books and other heavy items as an effective weight to do squats when do not have barbells. Use tree branches to do pull ups or do inverted push-ups on the staircase to increase the angle. Effective workout does not require you to spend endless hours in the gym but learning the basics of using your body weight and items to exercise like in the army training.
